Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Furniture Decoration Shop purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process.
Return Guidelines
- Return Period: 15 days from the date of delivery
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Restocking Fee: No restocking fees apply to eligible returns
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure hygiene and maintain quality standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bath Mats & Doormats: Final sale for hygiene reasons
- Bedding & Duvets: All bedding products including sheets, duvets, and blankets
- Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Any specially ordered or customized products
- Used or Damaged Items: Products not in original condition or without original packaging
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Within 15 days of delivery, please complete our Returns & Exchanges Request Form and email it to our customer service team at [email protected].
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions. Please do not ship items back without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included. Affix the provided return label (if applicable) and ship to our warehouse address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of shipment.
Step 4: Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days after arrival), we’ll process your refund or exchange according to your preference.
Refund Information
- Refund Timeline: 5-10 business days after return processing for Credit Card/PayPal refunds
- Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
- Exchange Process: For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference. If it costs less, you’ll receive a refund for the difference.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a replacement or pickup at no cost to you, and expedite the resolution process.
