Pricing and Taxes

Return Policy

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and maintain quality standards, the following cannot be returned:

• Bath Mats & Doormats (final sale for hygiene reasons)
• All Bedding products including sheets, duvets, and blankets
• Custom or Made-to-Order items
• Used or Damaged items not in original condition

Return Process

1. Submit Request: Complete our Returns & Exchanges Request Form within 15 days of delivery
2. Receive Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number within 2 business days
3. Package and Ship: Repackage item in original packaging with all tags and accessories
4. Processing: We process refunds or exchanges within 5-7 business days after receiving your return

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for replacement or pickup at no cost to you.
